Due to the rigorous nature of this program, The Stern Advantage Program is highly selective. We admit a talented group of college sophomores, juniors, seniors and recent college graduates in non-business majors. Although there is no minimum GPA or grade requirements, your transcript(s), letter of recommendation and personal essay will be important factors under consideration. The program is intended to build on your potential for success. Your dedication to learning and desire to challenge yourself will determine your achievement in The Stern Advantage Program. We encourage anyone interested in the program who meets the following criteria to apply.
Criteria
To apply, you must:
- have completed your sophomore, junior or senior year in college, or be a recent college graduate
- have a competitive grade point average
- submit your completed application (see the "Application Components" and "Deadlines" sections below for more information).
Application Components
- online applicaton form
- a 1-2 page essay
- a letter of recommendation from a professor or recent employer - to be mailed separately
- an official transcript from all colleges that you have attended - to be mailed separately

Application Review
Your application is complete once we have received your on-line application form, essay, letter of recommendation, and official undergraduate transcript. Please note that only completed applications will be considered for admission to The Stern Advantage Program.
