| Description: | Why do some organizations produce ethical behavior and others are rife with short-termism, dishonesty, and mistrust? Work with prof. Haidt to review research on what factors are known to produce good and bad ethical outcomes. You would be the lead person producing content for a new site: www.EthicalSystems.org. This would involve reading academic articles, reviewing course syllabi at other business schools, and screening videos related to business ethics. |
