| Description: | Students will examine various elements of professional/career development within different types of organizations (with the primary focus on student professional/career development) and how this development affects engagement. Students will be expected to meet with the advisor approximately once a week and spend at least 20 hours during the semester on research. The research will consist of a review of academic journals, as well as media (i.e. WSJ, Financial Times, etc.). |
