Normal Advisortrac operation and Quick Visit schedules will not be in effect September 8-11 (You could still set appointments on Advisortrac for September 14 and after):

During the first week of classes (September 8–10), we will have modified Quick Visit appointments only from 9:30am–4:30pm (9:30am-12pm on Friday, Sept. 11); you must come into the office to sign up for a 15-minute Quick Visit that same day (you must come in person to set up an appointment).

Advisers are available for 30-minute appointments Monday through Thursday.

If you want to discuss your degree progress, majors or minors, and/or what courses you should be taking, these discussions are best suited for a full 30-minute appointment. To prepare for your advising appointment, click here

Quick Visits (walk-ins)

Quick Visits are available during the academic year Monday through Thursday 3:30pm–5:00pm and Friday 2:30pm–4:30pm.

Common reasons to come in for a quick visit include (but are not limited to):

Declaring your major/minor
Signing an Advanced Standing Agreement
Deciding to pass/fail or withdraw from a course
