Many students choose to live off-campus during their graduate school experience. There are many options available, and NYU provides resources designed to aid students in this effort. The NYU Off-Campus Housing Office provides students with the following resources:
Short and long-term apartment listings
Workshops on the various components to finding off-campus housing
Online databases and renting resources
Discounts on local real estate brokers
Moving & furniture resources
In addition to the NYU Off-Campus Housing office, the MBA Forum is an internal message post where current students and recent graduates post available apartments.
Students can also reference the list of off-campus housing alternatives to aid in their search. While NYU does not formally endorse these options, many students have found them helpful.
