NYU Stern provides on-campus housing for graduate business students in the Palladium Residence Hall and Stuyvesant Town Village.  Many students find these housing options to be affordable, convenient and excellently located in Manhattan as well as in relation to the Stern campus.  Students are invited to explore the options available to them.  For questions, please contact MBA Housing at housing@stern.nyu.edu

December 11, 2009

New Spring 2010 residents receive room assignments.  The MBA Housing office will post room assignments to the online sytem and notify residents via email.

 

December 2009

Fall-only residents must move out within 24 hours after their last final or by December 23, whichever date occurs first.

 
January 11, 2010
On-campus housing move-in.  New Spring 2010 confirmed residents are eligible to move into their on-campus room assignments.  Residents continuing from the fall are able to stay in their rooms in between the fall and spring semesters.

 
February 2010
Summer Housing application is available.  For more information, please visit www.nyu.edu/summer/housing 

 
March 15-19, 2010
Spring break.  Residents are permitted to remain in the residence halls during the break.

 
April 2010
2010-11 on-campus housing application is available.  Priority is given to current residents and incoming full-time MBA students.

 
May 2010
Residents not living in on-campus housing over the summer must move out within 24 hours after their last final.  Graduating students must move out by 12 noon on Friday, May 14, 2010.

 
May 14, 2010
Deadline for current residents to apply for 2010-11 housing and receive priority.  May 14 is also the cancellation deadline for current residents to receive a full deposit refund.

 
June 2010
Housing applications are reviewed and confirmed.
