Joining the Stern community is to become part of a vibrant group of students who know how and when to lead while recognizing the value of teamwork and collaboration.
The biggest part of the Stern Experience beside the classes is the people you meet and interact with. When I arrived at Stern, I knew I wanted to make a difference in the student community. As VP of Finance on the SCorp/PTLF board, I work to allocate student funds effectively and sponsor as many events for the diverse student community as possible. Stern offers numerous professional, cultural and social opportunities for students and the only way to complete your Stern experience is to get involved as a leader in various clubs and organizations. You can make a difference and have your voice heard.
What sets NYU Stern apart is its collaborative and vibrant student community. Students from more than 40 countries and as many backgrounds choose to come to Stern because of the diverse group of people they will meet, learn with and quickly call friends. Representing multiple professional and social interests, the 40 MBA student clubs are the hub of activity and leadership at Stern. Students are actively involved in our extended New York City community and beyond through business competitions, community service initiatives and more.
