Congratulations on your successful event! The event is over; however, the work is not done. Take the time to wrap up the event as outlined below:
- Complete the Event Debrief Document which will help you and your team identify the strengths of the event as well as areas to improve for next time.
- Send thank you letters to guest speakers and panelists. Be sure and thank members from other departments that partnered with you on the event.
- Complete the Office of Special Events Evaluation Form and bring it with you when meeting with your event consultant to review the event.
- Take time to review the Creative Brief that you completed before the event to determine if the event met the objectives.
