Media Requests should be submitted as early as possible, preferably at least one week prior to the event. 

If you have any difficulty with the equipment the day of the event, contact the Stern IT Helpdesk at x80180 or helpdesk@stern.nyu.edu.

If your group has arranged for external media services, including photographic coverage, lighting, videoconferenceing, etc., please contact your Event Consultant and keep them informed of the arrangements.
