Editorial Guidelines for Contributors

The Journal of Accounting Auditing and Finance now has an online manuscript submission and tracking system. All manuscripts should be submitted electronically. Resubmissions should also be submitted electronically and clearly marked revised version. To submit manuscripts go to http://services.bepress.com/jaaf and follow the online submission instructions.

• Electronically submitted manuscripts must be a Microsoft Word or PDF file.
• A submission fee of $125 should be made payable to NEW YORK UNIVERSITY.

• Manuscripts should be clearly typed and double spaced throughout. Manuscripts should also include an abstract not exceeding 250 words.
• The title page should not include the names of authors, their affiliations, or any other identifying information. Identifying information must be reported separately as part of the online submission.
• Acknowledgements should not be included in the cover page. Instead, they should be entered in a separate text box in the online submission form.
• Tables must be numbered with Roman numerals and should have a title followed by a descriptive legend.
• Equations must be numbered consecutively using Hindu-Arabic numerals.
• References must be typed on a separate page at the end of the manuscript. Please refer to the sample entries page to see the proper format for citing references.
• When a referee’s report suggests revision, a $125 resubmission fee is required with the revised manuscript.
  Authors of accepted papers will receive copies of the issue in which the paper appears.
