International students at Stern comprise approximately 30 percent of the MBA class each year. With their knowledge of global business, languages and cultures, they offer multinational organizations a competitive pool from which to recruit.
There are many ways to meet and recruit students for your international employment opportunities, including:
Access Resumes
Access the resumes of international students through the online resume database or by ordering a hardcopy. We recommend the following searches to identify students for your opportunities: foreign language proficiency and/or work authorization. In addition, some regional clubs publish a regional/language-specific online resume book. See below for club contact information.

Work with Regional Clubs
Regional student clubs, such as the Asian Business Society and the European Business Society organize conferences, workshops, panels, networking events, treks and other events that provide opportunities to meet potential candidates and inform students of your company's brand.
For example, you may sponsor the Global Business Conference or host a CareerTrek, a club-sponsored trip designed to bring together Stern students and potential employers from around the world. Companies host student visits throughout the year to learn more about its products, services, and environment.
Post a Job
Posting a job with our office allows you to distribute your opportunity to the entire MBA population. If the opportunity is for a location outside the U.S., be sure to include any required work authorization for that country. In addition, if you are looking to hire international students in the U.S. be sure to indicate that permanent U.S. Work authorization is NOT required to apply for this position.
Send your job posting to students.
