During your two years here at Stern, you will have many exciting and rewarding experiences. In addition to academics, choosing the right career and job opportunity is an important endeavor. We at the Office of Career Development (OCD) are committed to facilitating the student job search process by providing the best available resources and expertise to help enable career aspirations and employment goals, resulting in an optimal fit with organizations.

To guide you through the process, we have created the Career Development Program (CDP), a two-year curriculum that will equip you with the tools necessary to identify a career choice, prepare for the job market, find an internship and ultimately, a full-time position. It consists of required and elective workshops, panel discussions, mini-courses, guest speakers, Q&A sessions, mock interviews, résumé critiques and functionally-specific strategy groups. Complete program details are available through your personalized Career Account.

The CDP's offerings are in lock-step with the recruiting process. Completing all the phases of the CDP will equip you for every step of the on- and off-campus recruitment process for summer internship and full-time opportunities. The OCD offers a wide range of services designed to assist you with career planning and job development at every stage of the job search.

Your login information for your Career Account was sent to you by email from OCD.  You may use your Career Account to access the workshop calendar, corporate presentations calendar, mock interviews, job postings, industry and career guides, online research tools, streaming media of past events, as well as a variety of career resources.
