-Creating a marketing plan to revitalize a traditional New York City fundraising dinner, including analyzing issues with the current event, conducting a competitive analysis to inform a marketing plan and developing an implementation plan.

- Refining a draft business plan, and exploring further revenue expansion strategies for a New York City tourism initiative; performing financial analysis, reviewing systems and controls; developing a financial model; and providing a clear long-term roadmap to ensure the financial strength and viability of the project.

-Developing and implementing a full scale e-marketing plan for an economic development organization; analyzing current services/product offerings, creating a comprehensive marketing plan and implementing a process to measure future success.
