Please note that you have to be registered for 6 or more credits to be eligible for federal aid.
If you are registered for less than 6 credits please complete this form and refer to the
private loan options.
If you are not a Langone student (i.e. PhD, APCLB, TRIUM, Lehman, or EMBA), please indicate your program of study in the Additional Instructions field.

Before you submit this application, please note:
- You must have a valid 2009-2010 FAFSA on file.
- The maximum eligibility for summer Stafford loans is $10,250.
- For the Graduate Plus loan you may borrow up to the cost of attendance, less the amount of other aid. (The budget for living expenses is $14,107).
