NYU Stern's more than 200 full-time faculty members include current and past presidents of academic associations, award-winning authors and such world-renowned scholars as the 2003 Nobel Laureate in Economics, Professor of Finance Robert Engle. Thanks to its reputation and location, Stern is also able to attract adjunct faculty with powerful hands-on experience at New York's top corporations and financial institutions, as well as such distinguished visiting professors as Domingo Cavallo, former Finance Minister of Argentina, and clinical professor Sheila Wellington, president of Catalyst, the premier nonprofit research and advisory organization dedicated to women's issues in the workplace.
