Biography

Edward Glickman is the Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Finance Research and Clinical Professor of Finance at New York University Stern School of Business. He serves as President and C.O.O. of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). He oversees all operating functions and is a member of its Board of Trustees. Professor Glickman has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industry having been previously employed by The Rubin Organization, Presidential Realty Corporation and Sherson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney.

Professor Glickman is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Certified Treasury Professional and a Registered Securities Principal.

He is a 1978 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a bachelor of science in Economics degree from the Wharton School and a bachelor of applied science degree in Bioengineering from the College of Engineering and Applied Science. In 1981, he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
