Lifelong career management is an integral part of the NYU Stern experience. Unique among Executive MBA programs, Stern equips students with the tools and knowledge to effectively manage their careers beginning the day they start the program until the day they choose to retire.
Building Your Network
The Executive MBA experience will expand your professional network from day one. Every aspect of the program—from intimate study groups to school-wide alumni events—is designed to provide an opportunity to meet and collaborate with the Executive MBA and greater Stern communities. As an alumnus of the Executive MBA program you can keep in touch with your fellow Stern alumni by joining the Stern Worldwide Alumni Platform (SWAP), an online directory with alumni contact information, resume posting and access to career and networking services.
NYU Stern Career Services
As a student at NYU Stern, you have access to the Career Center for Working Professionals (CCWP), which provides you with an extensive online Career Account, including job search preparation resources, job postings, and assessment tools. While Executive MBA students do not participate in the Full-time MBA on-campus recruiting process, you are eligible to apply to any Stern job posting from top companies.
Executive MBA Dedicated Career Advisor
You also have access to an experienced executive career advisor who is dedicated to providing our Executive MBA students with one-on-one career coaching. Our career advisor develops and plans Executive MBA-exclusive career events such as expert panels, workshops and networking opportunities.
Lifelong Career Support
As a Stern alumnus, you will have access to events designed exclusively for Executive MBA alumni , as well as access to the Stern Career Center for Working Professionals (CCWP), which provides individual career counseling, career-related workshops and networking events for Stern graduates.
