Maya Georgieva previously worked at Columbia University Coursework’s Development Group and St. Francis College. At Columbia University, Maya led the campus-wide outreach and training for the Program Evaluation Tool. As the Manger of Instructional Technology at St. Francis College, she assessed new immerging technologies, led the implementation of instructional technology initiatives, designed interactive tutorials, administered the Blackboard Learning Management System and worked closely with faculty to develop interactive coursework. In 2007, Maya presented at the annual ICICTE Conference the paper: Course Casting - Challenges and Opportunities in the Learning Environment. Maya has a Master in International Affairs with emphasis on International Education from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University.

Ian Stewart

Ian Stewart has taught college and graduate courses in financial accounting for 30 years.  His Ph.D. is in accounting.  In the 1970s and 1980s he taught accounting at two New Zealand Universities, the Victoria University of Wellington, and the University of Auckland.  In 1991 he joined the accounting department at Seattle Pacific University and assumed leadership of faculty development in the School of Business and Economics in 1996.  In 1996-97, he won the professor of the year award at Seattle Pacific University.  In 2002 he became director of the Faculty Center for Professional Development at Cal Poly Pomona.  He joined the Stern School of Business as Senior Faculty Development Consultant, Director of Faculty Development in October, 2005.

Kuri DiFede

Kuri DiFede previously worked in the Stern Finance Department where she was responsible for assisting faculty with Blackboard and managing the Finance seminar series. In her position as Educational Technologist, Kuri continues her work with Blackboard and assists faculty with Blackboard, Classrooms and Clicker questions and requests. Kuri earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Physics from the University of Richmond. She is currently enrolled here at NYU as she pursues her Masters of Science in Computer Science.
