2005 International Workshop on Customer Relationship Management:
Data Mining Meets Marketing
November 18th & 19th, 2005 - New York City - USA
This is the first multidisciplinary workshop on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). We aim to bring together researchers and practitioners from technological and marketing areas to promote an interdisciplinary focus on CRM and to break the “technology” and “marketing” silos by letting researchers to interact with one another, share problems and ultimately generate innovative ideas. We strongly believe that such interactions are crucial for making major progress in the interdisciplinary field of CRM.
