Center for Digital Economy Research

The Center for Digital Economy Research (CeDER) at NYU Stern promotes research on information technology in business. Working within the Department of Information, Operations and Management Sciences (IOMS), CeDER’s focus is on the digital media and financial services industries with particular emphasis on electronic commerce and electronic markets. Specifically, our objectives are the following:

To provide thought leadership in the area of how the digital economy is transforming business.
To stimulate research in this area.
To support faculty development and curricular innovation.
To create a forum for engaging business leaders, information technology professionals, scholars, and students in discourse about the intersection of research and practice in the digital economy.
