EBS Launches New Initiative to Build the European
Alumni Network
The European Business Society (EBS), an MBA student organization, has launched a new initiative in conjunction with the Office of Alumni Affairs to build the European alumni network.

Rick Sands, Chief Operating Officer of Miramax Films, was the special guest speaker at an April 8 event hosted by the Media and Entertainment Association (MEA), an MBA student organization, and the Stern Alumni in Entertainment, Media and Technology (EMT) Committee.

SNPA: New Student Club Focuses on Nonprofit Sector
The Stern Nonprofit Association (SNPA) is a newly-formed NYU Stern MBA student organization, focused on opportunities in the public/nonprofit sector for MBAs. Nearly 100 alumni, students and guests attended the April 11 kickoff event, which featured a panel discussion and networking reception.
