The NYU School of Law and the NYU Stern School of Business have a joint application process designed to simplify applying to the JD/MBA program. Detailed instructions for completing the JD/MBA application process are provided on the School of Law admissions website. Prior to applying, please be sure to carefully review both the JD admissions process and the instructions provided in the NYU Stern JD/MBA Application Supplement.
JD/MBA applicants cannot apply to NYU Stern using the Standard Application or Consortium Application.
JD/MBA Application Deadline: February 1, 2010
Initial Notification Deadline: April 15, 2010
While there is only one JD/MBA application process, each school has a separate Admissions Committee and admissions process. You may be admitted to both programs, only one program or neither program in this process. Individuals who already hold one of the individual degrees are not eligible for admission to the dual degree program.
Students begin at the School of Law, and enrollment at Stern is deferred for two years. Students at the School of Law may apply to Stern in their first or second year, by the JD/MBA application deadline.
